As a Public Relations Manager/Driver, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth functioning of both public relations and transportation aspects of the company. Your responsibilities will include: Public Relations Manage Responsibilities:
- Utilize a deep understanding of UAE labor laws to ensure compliance with regulations in all employment matters.
- Handle the end-to-end processing of official documents required for employees and the company.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with government agencies to facilitate efficient processing of documents.
- Keep abreast of changes in labor laws and regulations, providing timely updates to relevant stakeholders.
- Represent the company in a professional manner during official interactions with government authorities.
- Safely and responsibly operate company vehicles, ensuring the comfort and security of passengers.
- Maintain a clean and well-maintained vehicle, conducting regular inspections to ensure roadworthiness.
- Adhere to all traffic rules and regulations, with a commitment to safe driving practices.
- Plan and execute efficient transportation routes to optimize time and resources.
- Provide support for executive transportation needs when required.
- Demonstrate strong verbal and written communication skills in both English and Arabic.
- Effectively communicate with internal and external stakeholders, fostering positive relationships.
- Prepare and deliver reports and updates to management regarding PR and transportation activities.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role in the UAE.
- In-depth knowledge of UAE labor laws and regulations.
- Proven experience in handling official document processing for employees and the company.
- Excellent communication skills in English and Arabic.
- Valid UAE Driving License with a clean history and no traffic violations.
