Introduction to the role Porsche Middle East and Africa is a team where we strives to create Porsche Passion by delivering an experience as legendary as the cars we build. Currently the Public Relations team is seeking an Intern from February 2023 to August 2023, the role of the intern will be involved in exciting projects and the day to day Public Relations operations.
Key Responsibilities
Key Responsibilities
- General administration and support
- Press fleet management including arrangements for individual test drives
- Support in ideation, creation, planning and execution of press events and photo shoots
- Importer support for individual PR requests
- Attending to requests from key journalists and influencers, including attendance of regional press events
- Media monitoring (clipping supervision, finalising coverage reports)
- Travel arrangements for media and department
- Administration of regional Press Database
- Preparation of presentations, reports, meeting materials
- Cover of reception during lunch and annual leave (shared between all interns)
- Work with agency suppliers on press fleet and car logistics, event management
Qualifications QualificationsQualifications
- Degree in Business Management or relevant field
- Advanced computer literacy MS Office PP, Word, Excel, Outlook.
- Successfully completed six month internship (Marketing or PR), experience in an english speaking market is an advantage
- Passion for communications, media relations, content creation and social media and the Porsche brand
- Excellent oral and written English skills
- Strong attention to detail and punctuality, ready to work in close knit team and work collaboratively with other departments
- Availability for 6 month period (February 2023 August 2023)
