JOB DESCRIPTION
Typing all the application forms for the visiting visas, transit visas, Visas to be obtained from various Embassies, Service Letters for the Employees, etc... Typing of the ESR(s) on daily basis. Filing all the documents on daily basis like employees' documents (passport copy, work permit, contract, etc...), visiting visas, transit visas as well as all the incoming and outgoing emails/faxes of correspondences, Etc... To arrange full attachments with necessary copies for all the applications to be submitted to the concerned departments/embassies. Taking all the necessary photocopies of all the documents for either submission of applications or filing. Registering all the requests (when received, submitted and delivered to the concerned Divisions/Persons) and keeping record of the daily jobs done in PR Mussafah Office in the Computer. To keep the updated record of all the employees in EPRO system. To answer all the incoming telephone calls and to coordinate with the concerned secretaries/in charge in regard to their requests.
