About the role
The Public Relations, Assistant Manager, is a vital part of the department in driving the brand\xe2\x80\x99s overall awareness through public relations initiatives, whilst working to protect and enhance the reputation of Atlantis Dubai.
By working closely with the PR Manager, the PR Assistant Manager will generate qualitative visibility for the destination across leading GCC markets including but not limited to the UAE, KSA, Bahrain, Kuwait, and Oman. The role will require supporting the PR Manager on strategic PR support across both Atlantis the Palm and Atlantis the Royal, including all facets of the destination including the rooms, wellness, marine and waterpark and food and beverage outlets.
You will be responsible for helping build and protecting Atlantis Dubai\xe2\x80\x99s reputation as the leading experiential destination resort with partners and consumers across the GCC and be responsible for assisting the strategic direction and implementation of PR campaigns across the GCC, including the tactical use and engagement of traditional media, broadcast, influencers, celebrities, content creators and partners.
About you
The successful candidate must be fluent in Arabic, both written and verbal, and be comfortable working in a fast-paced environment, assisting in the handling of multiple projects and tasks simultaneously with their hand on the pulse of the competitive travel, luxury, food and beverage and hospitality landscape.
Preferably, you will have 1-2 years\xe2\x80\x99 experience in a similar role, have prior PR, communications and/or marketing experience, and a passion for the travel/hospitality industry. You will have excellent verbal and written communication, interpersonal skills, and presentation, as well as being proactive, flexible, organised and hardworking. You will also uphold keen understanding of Atlantis Dubai\xe2\x80\x99s image, values, and goals.
