We are looking for an Operational Supervisor who have good knowledge in HR, PRO, and logistics. : Logistics 1. Logistics Coordination, Customs Clearance, apply for Duty Exemption, 2.Arranging Export Documents and Truck for delivery PRO: 1-Ministry of labour dept. 2-Ministry of immigration & naturalization. 4-Ministry of economy. 5-Ministry of economy & chamber of commerce dept & Certificate of origin. 6-Civil defense & fire fitting dept. 7-Municipality works. 8-Electrical & water department. 9- Trade license. 10- Road transport authority. 11-Industrial license. 12-License cancellation HR: 1. Arrange Employee Accommodation and do needful for them, solving their problems 2. Collect CVs, Conduct Interviews, and hiring qualified applicants and send them offer letter 3. Job visa process in labor system and immigration. 4. Making Employees Attendance reports and OT Calculations for payroll 5. Arranging medical insurance policy for employees 6. Evaluating employee Performance. (Feedback from Section in-charge person) 9. Employee\'s disciplinary meetings, terminations, and investigations 10. Arranging Employee\'s Vacation Plans. Salary starting from 2500AED after 3 months 3000AED. Including Accomodation and Transportation Job Type: Full-time Salary: AED3,000.00 per month
