Job Description
The PRO will be responsible for processing and carrying out all transactions relating to visa, permits, licenses, registration, of employees, the company, liaising with various Government Departments and Agencies. As a PR Officer, you should be an organized and cool-tempered professional who is able to handle a crisis. We expect you to have a creative mind and excellent communication skills. Responsibilities:
- Handle the legal paperwork and documentation of a company.
- Make sure that all legalities and requirements have been duly met.
- Prevents penalties and delays that might hinder employees, employers, and even the whole business from functioning effectively.
- Helps in visa processing and management, labor and immigration services, company formation and licensing support, document attestation, government liaison, and document clearing and typing.
- Perform any other tasks as per business needs / assigned by supervisor.
- Bachelor degree is preferred.
- Minimum of 2 years working experience in similar role
- Strong background of The UAE Labor law
- Experience in similar position in Dubai
- Fluent Oral & written English
- Solid knowledge of Immigration rules and updated regulations, and hands-on experience of using Immigration online system and issuing all kinds of visas.
- Effective interpersonal skills to successfully work with local government agencies.
- Advanced organizational and Administration skills
- Dubai: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)
- Public Relation Officer (PRO): 3 years (Preferred)
