We are looking for a PRO to join our Delivery Services Company located in Dubai, UAE. - must have a UAE driving license - UAE-based experience as PRO. Job responsibilities: - Submit and ensure the processing of all types of applications and paperwork to the local government bodies, including but not limited to visit visas, employment or residence visas, car registrations, trade license, labor permits, export licenses, and economic licenses, foreign licenses, etc. - Proactively manage the timely renewal of all Employment visas and labor Permits, and company-related licenses. - Assist employees in the process of renewing visas for their immediate dependents. Assist all sponsored staff and their dependents in the medical check process. - Manage the visa checklist when the rules on visa /labor change. - Maintain a database of all passport and residence visas by scanning all documents and directly updating the database in the MIS. - Collect and give regular updates on all work and migration standards from the government offices to keep the HR office well informed of any changes in procedures and rules. - Submit, follow up, and gather all new work and business visas to guarantee that the visas handle and processed on time. - Accurately prepare and process required legal documents like rent contract attestation in government agencies such as ministry of economic, Ministry of Finance, Customs, Court, Chamber of Commerce, Traffic Department, and Municipality. When the need arises, represent the company at different offices like Airport Embassies, Police station, Ministries/Municipalities and other government departments. - Deal promptly and productively on general inquiries about PRO functions. - Assist the office in determining any issues identified with organization vehicle registration and renewals. - Constantly be updated and knowledgeable enough on the process of getting residency permits etc. - Provide admin support as and when needed. Job Type: Full-time Salary: AED4,000.00 - AED5,000.00 per month Experience:
