Public Relation Officer
Job Location : Dubai, United Arab Emirates
Responsibilities :

• Procedures for the travel of workers and exit permits.
• Refer to the Dubai land department when necessary.
• Renewal of real estate license.
• Submitting and following up on all requests for apartment ownership, deferred sales contracts, and the initial registration of sold units.
• Coordination between Tiger Real Estate and the Land Department and a link between the company and the department.
• Liaising with the Economic Department, Municipality, or Engineers Association when necessary (local and international).
• Renewing the Tiger Real Estate license in coordination with the lawyer.
• Engaging with Arab and foreign consulates for any works or requests.
• Submitting and following up on all requests related to apartment ownership, deferred sales contracts, and initial registration of sold units. Issuing hundreds of ownership certificates and deferred sales contracts for over five years to date.
• Coordinating between Tiger Real Estate and the Lands and Properties Department, building beneficial relationships within the department for the company's advantage.
• Monitoring the dedicated department in case of any problems with the registration system.
• Tracking all complaints filed against the company in the Warranty Registration Department and establishing good relationships with all department employees to resolve issues when possible.
• Coordinating with management, obtaining approvals for registering new projects and opening trust accounts.
• Attending daily department visits as needed and requested.
• Following up with the Real Estate Regulation Institute for employee training courses and staying informed about matters concerning the company.

Requirements :

• Minimum experience of 5 years in real estate.
• Bachelor's in Business or any related field.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Experience in Dubai Land Department is required.

Salary: AED6,000.00 - AED10,000.00 per month
