Job Description
Public Relation Officer
Job Location : Abu Dhabi, United Arab Emirates
Key Responsibilities :
- Manage company trade license renewals, permits, and other government-related documentation.
- Coordinate with government departments and agencies regarding legal and regulatory compliance.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of changes in government procedures and requirements.
- Represent the company at government offices, free zones, and other relevant institutions.
- Maintain records of all PRO activities and document submissions.
- Liaise with internal departments to ensure timely and accurate document processing.
- Ensure compliance with all local laws and regulations related to PRO tasks.
- Minimum 2 years of proven experience in a similar PRO role in the UAE.
- Arabic speaker preferred due to the nature of the role.
- Valid UAE driving license is a must.
- Strong knowledge of UAE labor and immigration laws.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
