Job Description

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced

Public Relations & Event Coordinator

to join our team in Dubai. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in public relations, media coordination, and event management, with

prior experience in the healthcare industry

being highly preferred.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and execute PR strategies to enhance brand visibility and reputation Build and maintain strong relationships with media, influencers, and key stakeholders Coordinate press releases, media coverage, interviews, and public communications Plan, organize, and manage corporate events, conferences, product launches, and healthcare-related events Coordinate with internal teams, vendors, and external partners to ensure seamless event execution Ensure all PR and event activities comply with healthcare regulations and brand guidelines Monitor media coverage and prepare performance and impact reports
Requirements:

Proven experience in public relations and event coordination

Healthcare industry experience is strongly preferred

Strong understanding of media relations and event planning in the UAE market Excellent communication, writing, and interpersonal skills Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously Highly organized, detail-oriented, and proactive Proficiency in English (Arabic is a plus)
