We are seeking a detail-oriented and efficient Public Area Attendant to join our team at SO/ Uptown Dubai Residences team. In this role, you will be responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and orderliness of public areas within our residential properties, ensuring a welcoming and comfortable environment for our residents and guests.

• Clean and maintain public areas, including lobbies, corridors, elevators, and common spaces
• Perform regular cleaning tasks such as vacuuming, mopping, dusting, and polishing surfaces
• Empty trash receptacles and ensure proper waste disposal
• Replenish supplies in public restrooms and other common areas
• Identify and report any maintenance issues or safety hazards to the appropriate personnel
• Assist with special cleaning projects or deep cleaning as needed
• Respond promptly to residents' requests and concerns related to cleanliness and maintenance
• Maintain cleaning equipment and supplies in good working condition
• Adhere to health and safety regulations and company policies at all times
• Collaborate with other team members to ensure all areas are properly maintained

Qualifications

• Proven experience in housekeeping, preferably in a residential or hospitality setting
• Strong knowledge of cleaning techniques, equipment, and products
• Excellent time management and organizational skills
• Keen attention to detail and ability to maintain high standards of cleanliness
• Physical stamina to perform cleaning tasks throughout the day
• Good customer service skills and a professional demeanor
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Basic English language skills for communication with residents and staff
• Relevant certifications in cleaning or hospitality are a plus
• Familiarity with health and safety regulations in cleaning and maintenance
• Understanding of local customs and practices in Dubai is beneficial

Skills Required
