We are seeking a detail-oriented and efficient Public Area Attendant to join our team at SO/ Uptown Dubai Residences team. In this role, you will be responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and orderliness of public areas within our residential properties, ensuring a welcoming and comfortable environment for our residents and guests.

Clean and maintain public areas, including lobbies, corridors, elevators, and common spaces Perform regular cleaning tasks such as vacuuming, mopping, dusting, and polishing surfaces Empty trash receptacles and ensure proper waste disposal Replenish supplies in public restrooms and other common areas Identify and report any maintenance issues or safety hazards to the appropriate personnel Assist with special cleaning projects or deep cleaning as needed Respond promptly to residents' requests and concerns related to cleanliness and maintenance Maintain cleaning equipment and supplies in good working condition Adhere to health and safety regulations and company policies at all times Collaborate with other team members to ensure all areas are properly maintained


Qualifications

Proven experience in housekeeping, preferably in a residential or hospitality setting Strong knowledge of cleaning techniques, equipment, and products Excellent time management and organizational skills Keen attention to detail and ability to maintain high standards of cleanliness Physical stamina to perform cleaning tasks throughout the day Good customer service skills and a professional demeanor Ability to work independently and as part of a team Basic English language skills for communication with residents and staff Relevant certifications in cleaning or hospitality are a plus Familiarity with health and safety regulations in cleaning and maintenance * Understanding of local customs and practices in Dubai is beneficial
