Are you an experienced Public Relations professional looking for a new challenge? We're hiring a
PRO
to lead efforts in identifying and securing land for future data center developments across the region.This role is ideal for individuals with a PR, communications, real estate, or public affairs background, who are fluent in Arabic and English, and confident in navigating government processes, land negotiations, and community engagement. A valid driving license is required for regional travel.
Key Responsibilities:
Identify and assess suitable sites for data center construction based on strategic, regulatory, and environmental criteria. Build strong relationships with local government officials, landowners, and community stakeholders to facilitate site approvals. Represent the company in public meetings, community consultations, and planning discussions. Coordinate with internal teams (engineering, legal, real estate) to support site evaluation and acquisition. Prepare compelling presentations, reports, and briefing documents for senior leadership and external partners. Travel to potential site locations to conduct field assessments and stakeholder meetings.
Requirements:
3+ years of experience in PR, government affairs, real estate, or site development Excellent interpersonal and communication skills (verbal and written) Ability to work independently and conduct extensive regional travel

Pay: AED3,500.00 - AED5,500.00 per month
