Key Responsibilities:
Manage and issue
e-PTW (Permit to Work)
for all instrumentation-related jobs.
Ensure all work is carried out safely and in accordance with Dukhan e-PTW procedures.
Coordinate with operations, maintenance, and HSE teams for permit approvals.
Conduct site verifications, risk assessments, and toolbox talks.
Monitor work activities to ensure adherence to approved permits and job safety requirements.
Maintain records of all permits and supporting documents.
Support shutdowns, maintenance, and project works requiring instrumentation intervention.
Stop unsafe work and escalate as per procedures when necessary.
Ensure proper isolation procedures and LOTO (Lock Out Tag Out) are followed.
