We are urgently hiring

Permit to Work (PTW) Coordinators / Receivers

for upcoming Oil & Gas projects in Qatar.
The ideal candidate should have

5-6 years of experience

in PTW coordination and work execution within

major Oil & Gas companies

.

Key Responsibilities:

Coordinate and manage the PTW (Permit to Work) system for electrical, mechanical, and instrumentation activities. Ensure all safety procedures and isolation processes are followed as per client standards. Review, prepare, and maintain work permits in coordination with site supervisors and safety teams. Conduct toolbox talks and ensure full compliance with HSE guidelines. Assist in worksite inspections and support permit closure activities. Communicate effectively with operations and maintenance teams for daily permit requirements.

Qualifications & Requirements:

Education:

ITI / Diploma / Degree in Electrical or relevant technical discipline.

Experience:

Minimum 5 to 6 years of relevant experience in Oil & Gas or Petrochemical industries. Valid PTW authorization / certification from recognized companies preferred (e.g., QatarEnergy, QAFCO, QAPCO, RasGas, etc.). Strong understanding of site safety procedures and risk assessments.

Immediate joiners in Qatar preferred.
