SUMMARY OF FUNCTIONS: Responsible for regularly interacting with the students and providing allied financial information and services professionally and pleasantly. ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
Provide accurate and precise information to the students about the Financial Policies, Payment Terms, Fees per Credit Hour, Annual Average Fees etc.
Provide guidelines to the students on the financial forms and procedures and how to submit the applications per the requirements.
Attending Telephone calls from the students and Parents and providing the necessary services and information accordingly.
Being punctual in attendance and ensuring students\' uninterrupted information and financial services.
Collection duties and guide the students on other payment methods, such as using the self-service KIOSK and online payments.
Understand the other requirements of the students and direct the students to the correct offices or colleges.
