Job Summary

We are currently seeking a qualified and experienced Clinical Psychologist to join our dedicated pediatric team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for conducting psychological assessments, formulating treatment plans, and delivering therapy sessions for children with various emotional and developmental conditions.

Key Responsibilities

Conduct psychological evaluations and diagnostic interviews for children with developmental, behavioral, and emotional challenges Provide individual and family-based therapy using evidence-based practices Develop and implement individualized intervention plans Work collaboratively with a team of speech therapists, occupational therapists, and ABA professionals Maintain up-to-date documentation in compliance with DHA and clinical standards Offer guidance to families on emotional regulation, coping strategies, and behavior management
Required Qualifications

Master's or Doctorate degree in Clinical Psychology or a related field Valid DHA license to practice as a Clinical Psychologist in Dubai Minimum 2 years of clinical experience in pediatric or developmental settings Strong assessment, diagnostic, and therapy skills Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities Cultural sensitivity and a compassionate approach to working with children and families
