Job Purpose
Provide psychological assessment, intervention, and consultative services to support the cognitive, emotional, and behavioral well-being of students. Promote a safe and inclusive school environment by identifying barriers to learning and helping develop strategies to ensure all students achieve their full potential.
Main Duties
Conduct comprehensive psychological assessments to evaluate cognitive, academic, behavioral, and emotional development. Identify students' learning needs and recommend appropriate educational interventions and accommodations. Provide individual and group therapy for students dealing with emotional, social, or behavioral challenges. Collaborate with teachers, counselors, and administrators to develop and monitor Individualized Education Plans (IEPs) and behavioral plans. Offer crisis intervention and post-crisis support for students and staff. * Deliver workshops on topics such as mental health, learning differences, stress management, and resilience.
