What you'll do:
- Assess, diagnose, and treat a diverse caseload using evidence-based practice.
- Work closely with multi-cultural teams (think psychologists, nurses, therapists) to deliver holistic care.
- Design treatment plans that actually get used not just filed and forgotten.
- Mentor junior staff and help shape service direction.
- DOH license (or eligibility)this is non-negotiable.
- Robust experience in psychiatric assessment and care, ideally in multidisciplinary settings.
- Confidence in managing complex cases.
