Job Description

Key Accountabilities:

Generate revenue through the sale of parts to meet or exceed departmental sales targets.


Respond to prospect inquiries regarding Company after sales products or capabilities


Monitor customer feedback and satisfaction scores to ensure high levels of customer service and support.


Track inventory turnover rate and optimize stock levels to minimize excess inventory.


Manage the order fulfillment process and ensure timely delivery of parts to customers.


Monitor the rate of returned parts to assess order accuracy and minimize errors


Evaluate the profitability of parts sales by tracking gross margin percentage.


Maintain accurate inventory records to ensure stock levels are maintained and discrepancies are minimized.


Ensure availability of critical parts to meet customer demand.


Monitor backorder rate and identify trends to improve inventory management.


Participate in training programs and apply new knowledge and skills to the role.

Knowledge Skills and Experience

Bachelor's degree or equivalent


Minimum 3 years of experience in parts sales or related field


Strong sales and customer service skills


Excellent communication and interpersonal skills


Ability to work independently and as part of a team


Proficiency in inventory management software
