What Does a PropTech & Innovation Specialist Do?
As a PropTech & Innovation Specialist at Dicetek, you will analyze business needs, explore market trends, and develop forward-looking solutions to support digital transformation. You'll design strategic use cases and business models using emerging technologies while collaborating with cross-functional teams to pilot and implement innovation initiatives.
What Are the Key Responsibilities?
- Analyze business challenges and identify innovation opportunities
- Conduct market research and competitive analysis to support strategic planning
- Develop and validate use cases, business models, and digital solutions
- Collaborate with internal teams to implement digital transformation initiatives
- Explore and evaluate emerging technologies including AI, Metaverse, XR/VR, digital wallets, NFTs, and robotics
- Support the development of innovation frameworks using design thinking and lean startup methodologies
- Prepare business plans and executive presentations for innovative concepts
- Monitor global tech trends and propose initiatives aligned with industry evolution
- Ensure innovation strategies align with broader organizational goals and KPIs
What Skills Are Required for a PropTech & Innovation Role in Dubai?
Education and Experience:
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Digital Transformation, or Innovation Management
- 5+ years of relevant experience in innovation, technology strategy, or emerging tech projects
- Prior experience in PropTech, FinTech, or other tech-driven industries is highly preferred
Technical & Strategic Skills:
- Expertise in developing use cases, business plans, and market models
- Strong knowledge of AI, XR/VR, Metaverse, blockchain, tokenization, or digital wallet systems
- Familiarity with innovation frameworks like design thinking, lean startup, and agile
- Proficient in identifying scalable digital solutions to optimize performance
