Responsible for effective management of Concept, Study, FEED, Detailed Engineering and PMC Proposals.
Drives commercial success to achieve revenue targets in line with Penspen\xe2\x80\x99s Middle East & Africa region objectives.
Implements the Region Proposal Management process by driving proposal excellence and compliance with company policies and client requirements.
Responsibilities:
Manage all pre-contract commercial matters, including proposal preparation and approvals in accordance with company policies and procedures
Enforce use of Penspen Proposal Management Procedure
Ensure that all relevant data and information compiled during the tender development phase is considered and made available to all tender team members and approving management
Maintain accurate records and files of all the proposal data
Liaise with all tender team members to ensure accuracy and compliance with client requirements and the commercial strategy as defined by the Region Head of Proposals.
Ensure the smooth running of the proposal within the correct time and financial parameters.
Effectively liaise with Technical Bid Manager, Estimation Team, Service Line Heads and Functions for ensuring technically superior and commercially competitive proposal preparation.
Alert (escalate to) Head of Proposals in advance about potential problems in proposal development.
Assist in negotiation and clarifications.
Ensure that all applicable advice is received about support functions including but not limited to finance, tax, insurance, legal, compliance and treasury.
Prepare, analyze and report win/loss tenders on real-time basis through CRM.
Supervise commercial handover of Wins to operations during project set-up, ensuring coordination/ administration procedures are in place.
Ensure all commercial processes are processed through CRM.
Work assignments are carried out to the highest quality level.
Must understand and comply with quality, safety, and company policies of Penspen.
Follow Penspen Compliance policies.
Knowledge / Experience (Skills):
Strong experience in managing Concept, Studies, and FEED Proposals. Experience in Detailed Engineering and PMC Proposals will be an added advantage.
Fluency in spoken and written English is critical and a must.
Fully acquainted with Microsoft Office Suite; experience in CRM will be an extra advantage.

Qualifications:
Engineering Bachelor\xe2\x80\x99s or master\xe2\x80\x99s degree
More than 8 years Oil & Gas industry experience in Engineering Consultancy
