Job Description

:

Scope/Function Review Tenders/ RFQs for ITK /BOOM opportunities and coordinate with Application /Engineering /Project / Legal and sub vendors to provide conceptual design, basic engineering, cost estimation, and proposal preparation for Compression and Gas processing plants

Principle duties and responsibilities:

Review request for quotation by identifying scope, specifications, and client requirements

Verify if opportunity requirement is in line with Enerflex product supply and review with Supervisor/Manager

Conduct and/or oversee the design, equipment selection, and costing (provided by applications) both internally and externally (i.e. sub-vendors)

Review Plot Plan & P&IDs

Ensure scope definition, technical / commercial accuracy, completeness, and timeliness of proposals

Provide customer support to sales via bid clarification meetings, pre-bid technical meetings, negotiation meetings, etc.

Liaise and coordinate with internal resources (Projects, Engineering, Service, etc.) as well as external (i.e. clients, sub vendors, contractors etc.) to develop relationships and receive feedback as required

Comply with all Enerflex HR, Quality, HSE, and all the Company policies, procedures, processes, work instructions and guidelines

Perform all other duties as assigned by Supervisor / Manager

Job Specifications

Minimum Bachelors degree in Mechanical or Chemical or Electrical engineering

Minimum 6 years experience in natural gas processing and compression packaging industry

Experience in estimation of turnkey ITK/ BOOM tenders and preparation of proposal or execution of projects with cost monitoring

Knowledge of vendors , supplier and construction contractors in the Gas Processing Industry

Knowledge and awareness of Specifications, Standards and codes of major Operating companies in the region like ADNOC, PDO, Oxy, KOC, Tatweer etc. and the standards applicable in the O&G industry

Strong negotiation, conflict resolution, and relationship building skills

Excellent interpersonal, presentation and communication skills

Strong knowledge of Compression and Process Engineering Principles for Oil&Gas

Proficient with MS Applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Ability to Model pricing

Ability to achieve excellent performance in individual and team environments
