Job Summary:

We are looking for a

Proposal Estimator

to help us turn design concepts into accurate cost estimates and proposals for our clients.

Key Responsibilities:

Convert design drawings into detailed

Bill of Quantities (BOQs)

Prepare cost estimates for materials, labor, and other project resources

Liaise with suppliers and subcontractors to ensure accurate cost estimation and the availability of materials

Create clear and accurate proposals for clients based on project specifications

Collaborate with design and project teams to ensure all requirements are included in the proposal

Ensure proposals are submitted on time and align with client expectations

Qualifications:

Experience in cost estimating, BOQ preparation, or proposal writing (fit-out or construction experience preferred)

Strong knowledge of construction materials and processes

Familiarity with AutoCAD or other design software is a Must

Good attention to detail and strong communication skills

Ability to work under deadlines and in a fast-paced environment
