Job Description

We are looking for a result-driven Estimator to prepare precise and competitive cost estimates for interior fit-out projects. The candidate should have sound knowledge of UAE material pricing, market rates, and fit-out specifications.
Key Responsibilities:
Analyze drawings, BOQs, and specifications to prepare accurate cost estimates.
Prepare tender submissions, technical/commercial proposals, and value engineering options.
Identify cost-effective materials and solutions aligned with client budgets.
Coordinate with suppliers and subcontractors to obtain competitive quotes.
Update cost database regularly with market fluctuations and trends.
Collaborate with QS and procurement teams during project execution phase.
Requirements
Degree/Diploma in Civil Engineering, Architecture, or Estimation.
23 years UAE experience in interior fit-out estimation.
Proficient in AutoCAD and estimation software.
Strong mathematical, analytical, and organizational skills.
Excellent verbal and written communication for proposal documentation.
