Proposal Engineer
Key Responsibilities:
xc2xb7 Assessment and evaluation of tenders & industrial enquiry of water & wastewater treatment, highlight key requirements & risks to management and build ideas on project winning strategy
xc2xb7 Design, estimate and prepare offers/contracts for water & wastewater treatment systems
xc2xb7 Design of ETP, STP, WTP, UF/RO, Pumping stations
xc2xb7 Familiar will reverse-osmosis (RO) design software like ROZA, Wave Dow membrane, IMS Design for Hydranautics membrane
xc2xb7 Preparation of Mass balance, Ionic balance, plant layout, PFD, P&IDs & Hydraulic flow diagram
xc2xb7 Interpret CAD drawings and coordinate with CAD technicians in the preparation of drawings
xc2xb7 Control philosophy & SOP for the process design
xc2xb7 Preparation of technical & commercial proposals as client requirement with best technologies
xc2xb7 Prepare specifications and purchase requisitions for plants and equipment, evaluate quotations, select vendors
xc2xb7 Preparation of both technical & commercial bid for the online tendering within tender deadlines
xc2xb7 Participate in government tendering for the technical & commercial negotiations
xc2xb7 Meetings the clients for technical & commercial discussions & finalization of orders
xc2xb7 Costing & Estimation of civil quantities & electromechanical equipment Preparation of BOQ
xc2xb7 Conduct data analysis, report writing, and presentations to clients and agencies
Qualifications:
xc2xb7 School & Graduation - BE/B. Tech. (Chemical, Environmental, Mechanical)
xc2xb7 Good Communication skills in English
xc2xb7 Min 5-7 years experience in a professional water and wastewater treatment company in proposal engineer.
xc2xb7 Should have independently handled Proposals for Large Turnkey Projects and or on BOOT basis
xc2xb7 Demonstrated Technical aptitude to interpret specifications for projects
xc2xb7 Should have sound Commercial Knowledge and Excellent Verbal / Written communication skills
xc2xb7 Skills for Microsoft office, Autocad
