Our newest opportunity is for a talented Proposals Coordinator to join our award-winning team based in Kuwait.
This position is responsible for providing general administration support to the Division and coordinates the development of high-quality proposals, aligned with pursuit strategies and client requirements. Responsibilities:

This position is responsible for providing general administration support to the Division and coordinates the development of high-quality proposals, aligned with pursuit strategies and client requirements. Responsibilities:
We envisage success in this role to include:
- Coordinating intake of incoming RFPs and addendums.
- Coordinating with other divisions, preparing Word, InDesign and pdf formatted documents.
- Preparing pre-qualifications, maintaining usernames and passwords.
- Compiling final proposals, uploading onto client portals, preparing initial GO/ NO GO documents.
To be successful in this dynamic opportunity, we envision that your career journey to date will include 5 years work experience partnered with a Bachelor Degree in a relevant subject.
Proficient in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PPT) and Adobe InDesign is essential.
