About the job Proposal Coordinator (Temp)

Our client is one of the world's leading professional services companies operating in the global market sectors of water, energy and resources, environment, property and buildings, and transportation. They are looking to hire a Temporary Proposal Coordinator to support Middle East proposal and marketing activities and the implementation of automation initiatives.

This role is for a 3 months contract, candidates on a family-sponsored visa or with their own visa, who can join immediately can be only considered for this role.

Responsibilities:

  • Support in preparation of bid packages, prequalification (PQs), and requests for proposal/information/qualifications (RFQ/RFI/RFQ)
  • Implement the proposal template and schedule
  • Drive proposal content update and completion
  • Support in formatting, editing, and proofreading efforts
  • Support in updating client registrations
  • Extract data from CVs and input it into CV automation forms to support in the CV automation initiative
  • Extract and compile project data and fill the Case Study master Excel file to support in the Case Study automation initiative
  • Support in other administrative tasks as and when required
  • Support the ME Proposals and Marketing team as required
Key Performance Indicators to contribute to the business' goals:
  • Completing all the data entry requirements and debugging needed for the CV and Case Study automation initiatives
  • Demonstrating superior teamwork abilities and a willingness to jump in and help others when needed
  • Supporting the successful development of compliant and competitive proposals through effective collaboration across stakeholders (internal team, sub-consultants, etc.)
  • Ensuring quality content and appearance of final proposal deliverables in line with the client's branding
  • Accurately applying with client's visual and Writing Style Guidelines
Qualifications:
  • Strong communication skills both written & oral
  • Negotiation problem solving, planning, and time management skills
  • Flexible and able to meet challenging deadlines
  • Excellent organizational skills are required with the ability to multi-task and prioritize
  • Even-tempered in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment
  • Consistent personal ethics: integrity, dependability, initiative, and quality
  • Keen attention to detail
  • Proficient in Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, Adobe Acrobat
  • Understanding of marketing techniques (layout, graphics, strategy-to-win)
  • Previous experience in administrative and proposal coordination
Work Location: Abu Dhabi, UAE
Work Schedule: 8 AM to 5 PM
Joining date: Immediately
