Our newest opportunity is for a talented Proposal Coordinator to join our award winning Design division based in Dubai or Abu Dhabi. This position is responsible for for preparing proposals, developing and coordinating tenders.

Responsibilities

We envisage success in this role to include;

• Coordinates intake of incoming RFPs (Requests for Proposals) and addendums, coordinate with other divisions, prepare word, InDesign and pdf formatted documents.
• Prepares pre-qualifications, maintains usernames and passwords, compiles final proposals, uploads onto client portals, preparse initial GO/ NO GO documents.
• Manages, registers, develops, coordinates and issues technical and financial proposals, PQs and Eoi\xe2\x80\x99s.
• Maintains the proposals database including related documentation, timelines, follow ups and status reporting.
• Manages and develops company registrations with Clients.
• Standardizes and produces proposals documentation.
• Coordinates and manages divisional, inter-divisional and external proposals inputs.
• Communicates well with the proposal team and those within different divisions.
• Works within prescribed templates
• Works with minimal supervision and to use own initiative

Qualifications

To be successful in this dynamic opportunity, we envision that your career to date will include more than 5 years work experience in similar roles (commercial design and construction team) partnered with a Bachelors degree. Additionally, you will demonstrate solid written and verbal communication skills in English as well as proficiency in software such as MS Office and Microsoft Project.
