To support our Sales Team, we are looking for:
Proposal & Project Manager - Dubai, UAE
Your tasks will be the following:

• Develop and manage Complex Proposals for digital product solutions and reciprocating compressor projects in the Middle Eastern market.
• Conduct cost estimation, feasibility studies, Contract & T&Cs analysis and risk assessments for bids
• Cost Control, Contract Management and risk mitigation during execution
• Negotiate and finalize contracts, ensuring compliance with local regulations and technical specifications.
• Oversee project delivery from initiation to completion, ensuring adherence to scope, budget, and timeline.
• Coordinate with engineering teams, procurement, and local contractors for seamless execution.
• Manage resource allocation, scheduling, and quality control to meet client expectations.
• Future scope: support SYST for delivering and installation of new reciprocating compressors in the Middle East.
• Identify and qualify suppliers across the Middle East for engineering services, civil, electrical, instrumentation work, manpower provision, digital panels
• Conduct supplier audits, cost analysis, and quality assessments.
• Develop strong vendor relationships to optimize procurement efficiency and project execution.
• Future scope: support SYS in identify and qualify strategic suppliers in Middle East to increase local contect of new reciprocating compressors
• Manage and oversee FAT for digital panels executed in the Middle East, ensuring compliance with specifications and performance standards.
• Plan and coordinate the future projects of assembly of digital panels in our regional facilities.
• Collaborate with engineers and technical specialists to streamline panel manufacturing processes

Job Requirements:

• Have a bachelor's degree in Mechanical engineering Electrical Engineering, Business or a related field.

• Have 10+ years of experience in proposal and project management within industrial equipment and engineering sectors.
• Experience managing Clients and Projects within the Middle East
• Experience managing supplier qualification and procurement within the Middle East Expertise in reciprocating compressors
• Experience in Contract Management and T&Cs analysis
• Required PMP certification in project management.
• Familiarity with Middle Eastern supplier networks and regional regulations.
• Knowledge of digital industrial solutions and automation technologies.
