JOB DESCRIPTION
We are looking for a competitive and trustworthy
Service Delivery Head and Project Manager
to handle all the pre-sales, team management, and project management activities.Job Responsibilities:
Manage the full lifecycle of software development projects, ensuring on-time, within-scope, and within budget delivery. Develop project plans, manage resources, and mitigate risks. Lead project teams and ensure effective communication with clients and stakeholders. Prepare and contribute to RFP proposals. Monitor project progress and implement necessary adjustments. Ensure adherence to project management best practices.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in a technical field (e.g., Computer Science, Computer Engineering). 3+ years of experience managing software development projects. Solid understanding of software development methodologies and technologies. Experience preparing RFP proposals. Excellent communication, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment. Fluent in Arabic (spoken and written). Prior experience working in the UAE.
Bonus Points:
PMP or other relevant certifications.
