Designation: Property Supervisor

Location: Qatar

Contract Duration: 6 months ext

Salary Range:- TBD

Experience:- 3-5 Years is mandatory in GCC

Locally available candidates in Qatar only apply.

Key Job Responsibilities:



Maintains properties of assignment by monitoring and snagging.
Prepares report for property maintenance, tenants and other related to the property handled.
Enforcing property rules.
Cite scopes for improvements in a property and reports to Property Manager.
Make sure 100% standard status of every individual apartment or villa before the hand-over to our
valued tenant.
Inspecting vacant units.
Coordinate to the head office regarding to the moving-in and moving out of villa & apartment.
Job Types: Full-time, Contract
Contract length: 6 months
