We are urgently seeking a proactive and experienced
Property Supervisor
to oversee the day-to-day operations, maintenance, and tenant relations of our residential and commercial properties. The ideal candidate will ensure the properties are well-maintained, tenants' needs are met promptly, and operations comply with company policies and local regulations.
Key Responsibilities
Supervise property operations, including maintenance, cleaning, and security teams.
Conduct regular inspections to ensure all facilities are in excellent condition.
Coordinate repairs, preventive maintenance, and service contracts with vendors.
Manage tenant relations -- handle inquiries, complaints, and requests efficiently.
Monitor lease agreements, rent collections, renewals, and terminations.
Prepare property reports, maintenance schedules, and cost estimates.
Ensure compliance with company policies, safety standards, and municipal requirements.
Support management in budgeting, cost control, and improvement planning.
