We are seeking a dedicated and knowledgeable Property Specialist to join our dynamic team in the Human Resources Outsourcing sector. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in real estate management and a passion for providing exceptional service to our clients. The Property Specialist will be responsible for managing a portfolio of properties, ensuring compliance with local regulations, and facilitating smooth transactions between landlords and tenants. This role requires excellent negotiation skills, attention to detail, and a thorough understanding of the real estate market in Dubai. The successful candidate will work closely with various stakeholders, including property owners, tenants, and service providers, to ensure that all property-related needs are met efficiently and effectively.
Responsibilities: * Manage a diverse portfolio of residential and commercial properties, ensuring optimal occupancy rates and tenant satisfaction.

• Conduct property viewings and provide detailed information to prospective tenants, addressing their inquiries and concerns.
• Negotiate lease agreements and renewals, ensuring favorable terms for both landlords and tenants.
• Monitor and enforce compliance with local property laws and regulations, staying updated on changes in legislation.
• Coordinate maintenance and repair services, ensuring properties are well-maintained and meet safety standards.
• Develop and implement marketing strategies to attract potential tenants and promote available properties.
• Prepare and maintain accurate property documentation, including leases, inspection reports, and maintenance records.
• Conduct market research to assess property values and trends, providing insights to clients for informed decision-making.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, providing exceptional customer service and support throughout the leasing process.
• Assist in resolving tenant disputes and issues promptly and professionally, ensuring a positive living experience.

Preferred Candidate: * Proven experience as a Property Specialist or in a similar role within the real estate sector.

• Strong understanding of property management principles and local real estate market dynamics.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients and stakeholders.
• Detail-oriented and highly organized, capable of managing multiple properties and tasks simultaneously.
• Demonstrated negotiation skills, with a track record of successfully closing deals.
• Ability to work independently as well as part of a team, demonstrating a proactive approach to problem-solving.
• Familiarity with property management software and tools, enhancing efficiency in operations.
• A valid real estate license in Dubai is preferred, demonstrating commitment to the profession.
• Fluency in English is required; knowledge of Arabic is a plus, enhancing communication with diverse clientele.
• Strong analytical skills, with the ability to interpret market data and trends effectively.
