We are looking for a motivated and customer?focused Property Sales Representative to join our Abu Dhabi team. This role involves guiding clients through the property buying process, presenting suitable options, and ensuring a smooth and professional sales experience from start to finish.
Key Responsibilities
Generate new leads through networking, referrals, prospecting, and company?provided channels.
Conduct property viewings, client meetings, and market assessments.
Present suitable property options based on client needs, preferences, and budget.
Provide clients with accurate information on pricing, market trends, and investment potential.
Manage the full sales cycle, including negotiations, documentation, and closing.
Maintain an updated portfolio of available properties and ensure listing accuracy.
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, landlords, and developers.
Ensure all transactions comply with UAE real estate regulations and company standards.
Maintain accurate records and follow?ups using CRM systems.
Represent the company professionally at events, exhibitions, and client engagements.
Qualifications & Requirements
Experience as a Property Sales Representative, Real Estate Agent, or Property Consultant in the UAE (Abu Dhabi experience preferred).
Strong understanding of the Abu Dhabi real estate market, communities, and developers.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and achieve sales targets.
Valid UAE driving license and access to a vehicle.
ADREC/RERA certification is an advantage or willingness to obtain it.
Proficiency in CRM platforms and digital marketing tools.
Fluency in English required; Arabic or additional languages are an advantage.
