Role Overview
We are looking for a motivated and professional Property Sales Representative to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating leads, managing client relationships, and closing property transactions. This role requires strong communication skills, a proactive mindset, and a passion for real estate.
Key Responsibilities
Promote and sell residential and commercial properties to prospective buyers
Conduct property viewings and provide clients with detailed information and market insights
Build and maintain a strong client base through networking, referrals, and follow-ups
Negotiate offers and finalize sales agreements in line with company policies
Stay updated on market trends, pricing, and legal regulations in the Abu Dhabi real estate sector
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth transaction processes and client satisfaction
Maintain accurate records of listings, client interactions, and sales activities
Qualifications
Minimum 1-3 years of experience in real estate sales or a related field
Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills
Proficiency in English; Arabic is an advantage
Valid UAE driving license and access to a vehicle preferred
Familiarity with CRM systems and property listing platforms
Self-driven, target-oriented, and able to work independently
