Manage client inquiries and assist in property transactions
Conduct viewings and site visits
Negotiate deals and close sales
Maintain strong client relationships and follow up proactively
Requirements
:
Bachelor's degree in finance, business administration or related field is preferred.
Proven experience in property management or real estate.
Sound knowledge of real estate laws.
Strong negotiation skills.
Excellent analytical skills.
Effective communication skills.
Exceptional customer service skills.
Who Can Apply?
Experienced real estate professionals or Freshers with passion for sales.
Candidates with
valid UAE driving license
required with a car preferred.
Experience
: Minimum 1- 2 year
Basic Salary and Incentive
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: AED3,000.00 - AED4,000.00 per month
Ability to commute/relocate:
Dubai: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)
