We are seeking an experienced and motivated

Property Sales Consultant

to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in real estate sales, excellent communication skills, and a client-focused mindset.

Key Responsibilities:



Actively generate and follow up on leads to close property sales Advise clients on market conditions, prices, and mortgages Conduct property viewings and coordinate with potential buyers Negotiate deals and ensure a smooth closing process Build and maintain strong client relationships Stay updated with real estate market trends and legal requirements

Requirements:



Minimum 2 years of experience in real estate sales Strong sales and negotiation skills Excellent interpersonal and communication abilities Self-motivated and goal-oriented Familiarity with CRM systems is a plus Valid driver's license preferred
