Yoho Properties is seeking a dynamic and results-driven

Property Consultant

to join our growing team in Dubai. The ideal candidate will play a key role in driving property sales, building client relationships, and delivering exceptional customer service in both the off-plan and secondary real estate markets.

Key Responsibilities

Client Engagement:

Identify and develop relationships with prospective buyers, investors, and existing clients to understand their property needs and provide tailored solutions.

Property Sales:

Promote and sell off-plan and secondary market properties, leveraging an in-depth knowledge of Dubai's real estate landscape.

Market Knowledge:

Stay updated on market trends, new developments, and pricing strategies to offer clients expert advice and insights.

Negotiation:

Effectively negotiate property prices and terms with clients, ensuring mutually beneficial agreements.

Documentation:

Guide clients through the buying process, including documentation, legal requirements, and payment plans.

Team Collaboration:

Work closely with the marketing, operations, and client support teams to ensure smooth and professional service delivery.

Targets:

Consistently achieve and exceed monthly sales targets.

Requirements

Experience:

Proven experience in real estate sales or a related field in Dubai is preferred.

Knowledge:

Strong understanding of Dubai's real estate market, including off-plan and secondary properties.

Skills:

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Strong negotiation and closing abilities. Self-motivated, results-oriented, and able to work under pressure

Tech-Savvy:

Familiarity with CRM tools and property listing platforms.

Education:

High school diploma or equivalent; a degree in business, marketing, or real estate is an advantage.
