Key Responsibilities

Engage with potential clients to understand their property needs and preferences. Provide expert advice on property options, market trends, and investment opportunities. Conduct property viewings and presentations to showcase available listings. Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction. Negotiate property sales agreements and assist clients in the closing process. Stay informed about the local real estate market, including pricing, trends, and emerging properties. Attend industry events and networking opportunities to generate leads and expand professional connections. Achieve and exceed monthly sales targets while maintaining a consistent pipeline of prospects.

Qualifications

Valid UAE real estate license. Proven experience in real estate sales, preferably in Abu Dhabi. Strong understanding of the real estate industry, property valuations, and market dynamics. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients. Demonstrated ability to negotiate effectively and close sales deals. Self-motivated and goal-oriented, with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets. Fluency in English is required; additional languages are a plus. Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Real Estate, or a related field is preferred. UAE driving license and reliable transportation.
