Real Estate Sales Consultant
to join our newly launched real estate division under YKM International LLC. This is an excellent opportunity for driven and motivated professionals who understand the Dubai property market and are confident working on acommission-only basis
within a growing startup environment.Key Responsibilities
Manage leasing, buying, and selling of residential and commercial properties Generate leads independently and build a strong client portfolio Conduct property viewings and negotiate deals effectively Stay updated on Dubai real estate market trends and UAE property laws Close transactions efficiently while delivering exceptional client service
Requirements
Minimum
1 year of proven experience
in Dubai real estate Strong background inleasing, sales, and property transactions
Ability to generate leads and close deals independently Excellentcommunication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
Solid understanding ofUAE real estate regulations and market dynamics
