Roles & Responsibilities:
Manage the entire sales process from prospecting to closing deals
Promote and sell properties from own network and from our inventory
Identify client needs, provide expert guidance, and deliver tailored property solutions
Conduct property viewings and virtual presentations
Follow up on leads generated through company marketing and portals
Build long-term relationships with clients and investors
Keep up to date with market trends, new projects, and competitor activity
Maintain all sales activities in the CRM system and ensure follow-up is done consistently
