Property Sales Consultant

Job Description

We are looking for an energetic person with real-estate industry previous experience in Sales and business development with an established network and strong analytical skill who can bring a new prospect to the table and convince a decision-maker

Roles & Responsibilities:

Manage the entire sales process from prospecting to closing deals Promote and sell properties from own network and from our inventory Identify client needs, provide expert guidance, and deliver tailored property solutions Conduct property viewings and virtual presentations Follow up on leads generated through company marketing and portals Build long-term relationships with clients and investors Keep up to date with market trends, new projects, and competitor activity Maintain all sales activities in the CRM system and ensure follow-up is done consistently

Sales Projections and Revenue Forecasting:



Develop strategies to expand the company's client base. Make sales projections based on market trends and client interactions. Forecast revenue to ensure sustainable growth.

Client Relationship Management



Build positive relationships, understand client needs, and tailor solutions accordingly.
Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED3,000.00 - AED10,000.00 per month

Bachelor's (Required)
Experience:

sales: 3 years (Required)
License/Certification:

* driving license and own car (Required)
