field of sales.

Responsibilities



The Sales Relationship Manager is responsible for generating revenue by selling residential properties developed by the company. The role involves managing customer relationships, understanding client needs, providing property consultations, and ensuring a smooth sales process from lead generation to post-sale engagement.

Key Responsibilities

:

Close high-value real estate deals and meet/exceed sales targets

Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients

Work collaboratively within a team to execute sales strategies

Represent the brand professionally in a fast-paced, multilingual environmentRequirements:

Minimum

4 -5years of experience working specifically with real estate developers

Proven track record in closing deals and meeting sales goals

Excellent interpersonal and communication skills

Fluency in English is required; knowledge of French, German, Dutch, Spanish, Mandarin, Russian, or Hindi is a strong advantage
