Lead, manage, and support a team of real estate sales agents.
Develop and implement effective sales strategies for residential and/or commercial properties.
Set monthly, quarterly, and annual sales goals and monitor team performance.
Generate leads through networking, referrals, and marketing efforts.
Conduct market research and competitor analysis to stay ahead in the industry.
Maintain and build relationships with clients, property developers, and investors.
Train and onboard new agents, ensuring they understand company policies, CRM tools, and legal procedures.
Manage the sales process from lead generation to deal closure.
Collaborate with marketing to optimize promotional campaigns and property listings.
