Position Overview:

We are seeking confident, results-driven

Arabic-speaking male Real Estate Salespersons

to join our dynamic team. You will play a key role in selling premium residential properties across Qatar, managing the full sales cycle, and building strong client relationships.

Key Responsibilities:

Sell luxury residential properties throughout Qatar Manage lead generation, client meetings, property viewings, negotiations, and deal closings Build and maintain relationships with clients and investors Attend exclusive property launches and residential real estate events Provide market insights and expert guidance to prospective buyers

Candidate Requirements:

Arabic-speaking males only (client and cultural preference) Currently residing and working in Doha preferred Minimum 10 years of sales experience, preferably in residential real estate Bachelor's degree in Real Estate, Business, or related field preferred Strong negotiation and interpersonal skills Fluent in Arabic and English (multilingual a plus)
