We are seeking a motivated and experienced Real Estate Sales Agent to join our dynamic team in Dubai. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in real estate sales within Dubai and a strong understanding of the local market.
Responsibilities:
Develop and maintain client relationships to understand their real estate needs and preferences.
Attend developer meetings and provide clients with detailed information about available properties.
Negotiate and close property sales agreements.
Stay updated on market trends, property values, and legal regulations in Dubai.
Prepare and present sales reports and property analysis to clients and management.
Collaborate with other team members to achieve company goals and maintain high standards of customer service.
Requirements:
Proven experience as a Real Estate Sales Agent in Dubai is preferred.
Minimum Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
Strong knowledge of the Dubai real estate market and regulations.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and manage multiple clients and properties effectively.
Proficiency in English; knowledge of additional languages is a plus.
