About the Role

We are seeking a driven and knowledgeable Property Sales Consultant to join our Abu Dhabi team. This role focuses on guiding clients through the property buying process, providing expert market insights, and delivering a high?quality service experience from the first inquiry to the final transaction.

Key Responsibilities

Generate new leads through networking, referrals, prospecting, and company?provided channels. Conduct property viewings, client consultations, and market assessments. Advise clients on suitable properties, pricing, market trends, and investment opportunities. Manage the full sales cycle, including negotiations, documentation, and closing. Maintain an updated portfolio of available properties and ensure accurate listing information. Build and nurture long?term relationships with clients, landlords, and developers. Ensure all transactions comply with UAE real estate regulations and company standards. Represent the company professionally at events, exhibitions, and client meetings. Maintain accurate records and follow?ups using CRM systems.

Qualifications & Requirements

Proven experience as a Property Consultant or Real Estate Sales Agent in the UAE (Abu Dhabi experience preferred). Strong understanding of the Abu Dhabi real estate market, communities, and developers. Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. Ability to work independently and achieve sales targets. Valid UAE driving license and access to a vehicle. ADREC/RERA certification is an advantage or willingness to obtain it. Proficiency in CRM platforms and digital marketing tools. Fluency in English required; Arabic or additional languages are an advantage.
