Role Overview
We are seeking a proactive and results-driven Property Sales Consultant to join our high-performing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing client relationships, promoting property listings, and closing sales transactions. This role requires strong communication skills, a deep understanding of the Abu Dhabi real estate market, and a passion for helping clients find the right property solutions.
Key Responsibilities
Promote and sell residential and commercial properties to prospective buyers and investors
Conduct property viewings and provide clients with detailed information and market insights
Build and maintain a strong network of clients, developers, and property owners
Negotiate offers and manage the sales process from initial inquiry to closing
Stay informed about market trends, pricing, and legal regulations in the UAE real estate sector
Collaborate with marketing and administrative teams to support listing promotion and documentation
Maintain accurate records of client interactions, listings, and transactions
Qualifications
Minimum 2 years of experience in real estate sales or a related field
Strong knowledge of the Abu Dhabi property market
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
Proficiency in English; Arabic is an advantage
Valid UAE driving license and access to a vehicle preferred
Familiarity with CRM systems and property listing platforms
RERA or equivalent real estate certification is a plus
