Metropolitan Capital Real Estate is looking for a motivated and client-focused Property Sales Consultant to join our high-performing team in Abu Dhabi. As a Property Sales Consultant, you will guide buyers and investors through every step of the property acquisition process, ensuring a seamless and rewarding experience.
Key Responsibilities
Identify and pursue new sales opportunities through networking, referrals, and lead generation
Advise clients on market conditions, pricing strategies, and investment opportunities
Conduct property viewings, presentations, and negotiations with prospective buyers
Maintain up-to-date knowledge of available listings and market trends
Provide exceptional customer service and build long-term client relationships
Collaborate with internal teams to develop marketing strategies and promotional campaigns
Ensure all transactions comply with UAE real estate laws and company standards
Meet and exceed monthly sales targets and performance goals
Requirements
Proven experience in property sales, real estate consulting, or a related field
Strong understanding of the Abu Dhabi real estate market
Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
Self-driven, goal-oriented, and able to work independently
Fluency in English; Arabic is a plus
Valid UAE driving license and access to a vehicle
RERA certification or willingness to obtain it
