We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Property Sales Consultant to join our team in Abu Dhabi. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of the local real estate market, particularly in high-demand metropolitan areas, and a passion for delivering exceptional client service. You will be responsible for guiding clients through the property buying process, from initial inquiry to closing, while maintaining a strong pipeline of leads and prospects.
Key Responsibilities:
Identify and engage with potential clients to understand their property needs.
Present and promote residential and commercial properties in key metropolitan areas.
Conduct property viewings and provide expert advice on market trends and investment opportunities.
Negotiate and close property sales deals in line with company targets.
Maintain up-to-date knowledge of real estate laws, financing options, and market dynamics in Abu Dhabi.
Build and nurture long-term relationships with clients, developers, and investors.
Collaborate with marketing and listing teams to ensure maximum property exposure.
Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
Qualifications & Skills:
Bachelor's degree in Business, Real Estate, or a related field preferred.
Minimum 2-3 years of experience in real estate sales, preferably in the UAE.
Strong knowledge of Abu Dhabi's metropolitan property market.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently.
Fluency in English is required; Arabic or other languages are a plus.
Valid UAE driving license and own vehicle preferred.
